RVA was formed in 1986 in Falls Church, Virginia by Sidney Robinson to provide air traffic control and engineering services support to Government and Industry. Since that time we have completed numerous projects both as a prime and as a subcontractor. RVA currently employs over 500 air traffic control specialists, engineers, technicians and analysts.  Our areas of concentration include: providing air traffic control services; radar systems engineering; airport traffic control tower design and communications equipment installation; navigation and landing system engineering installation and maintenance; and transportation/airport security assessment, planning, and training.
